We price each role on the factors that determine actual search difficulty: level, function, industry demand, location desirability, work environment, and company profile. The result is a price tailored to your search, not a one-size-fits-all percentage.

### Why not use traditional compensation-based fees?

Percentage fees reward search firms for presenting higher-paid candidates. Fairantee™ eliminates that conflict of interest. If we present a candidate with higher compensation demands, it is because they are the right fit, not because it pads our fee. Fairantee™ may not always be the lowest price, but it is always a fair one, grounded in real data.

### How do I get my Fairantee™?

Submit the request form with your role details. We prepare your Fairantee™ and deliver it personally within one business day.

### How long is a Fairantee™ valid?

Five business days from delivery. Market conditions move, and your price should reflect current data. If the window passes, request an updated Fairantee™ and we will refresh it.

### Can Fairantee™ prices be negotiated?

No. The price is fixed to keep the model fair for every client. What you see is what you pay, from kickoff through placement.
