What a great feeling to be recognized as one of the top 50 most innovative companies in Charlotte! The #fairantee launch was a great success, and I appreciate The Fire Awards including Creative Talent Endeavors on this list of exceptional companies. Building a data driven pricing algorithm was important; these old school gate keeping search firms like to keep talent in a high priced pool that few have access to. Not any anymore.
