Founder and CEO
Kyle Samuels is the founder and CEO of Creative Talent Endeavors (CTE), a retained executive search firm known for helping organizations identify and hire the leadership talent that drives growth, transformation, and long-term value. Under Kyle’s leadership, CTE has been recognized twice on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies and was named the #4 fastest-growing company in Charlotte. He was also named to Engagedly's Top 100 HR Influencers list in 2025 and 2026.
Kyle is also the creator of the award-winning Fairantee™, a value-based pricing search algorithm that uses data to determine the price of a search, not an arbitrary percentage like most search firms use.

Martha lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for nearly a decade prior to moving to Southern California. Martha’s hobbies include spending time with her children, husband, and extended family, and she's deeply passionate about her plants. She would say gardening is her escape, however she doesn’t really have a green thumb, so she leaves that part to her husband!

His work at companies like Nike, Pizza Hut and Deloitte spans HR strategy, talent transformation, DEI, organizational development, and executive recruitment — all informed by a passion for enabling high-performing teams and cultures.

Monica Okrah

## Monica Okrah
Executive Search Partner
Monica brings both commercial and human insight to executive recruiting, drawing on experience in finance, high-growth startups, and nearly two decades of coaching leaders through pivotal career transitions on the path toward executive leadership.
She began her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, later moving into customer acquisition strategy at Red Ventures, before founding a global education and career consultancy that has guided more than 750 leaders to top MBA and executive programs worldwide. This work has given her a front-row seat to how great leaders emerge. Her ability to quickly assess talent while understanding organizational and industry dynamics gives her a distinctive lens in evaluating leadership.
Monica holds a degree in finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Based in Charlotte, she is also a competitive bodybuilder with ambitions of achieving her International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation pro status.
