Kyle found his passion for improving organizations through talent after early career roles in tech, entertainment, and executive search. After earning his MBA, he joined GE’s legendary rotational HR Leadership Program before moving to Yum! Brands where he held several leadership roles. Kyle has a BA in Political Science from Ohio University and holds an MBA from Purdue University.

Becky has experience in project management, learning and development, marketing, onboarding, community engagement and DEI initiatives. She holds her BA in Communications from Saint Mary's College of California. She is an effective communicator and excels at executing program concepts by identifying areas of improvement to ensure efficiency. She is also a believer that traveling enriches your soul and opens your mind. She is enamored with hopping on a plane and exploring the next destination.

Following her graduation from the College of Charleston, Hannah became the first employee of Creative Talent Endeavors. She has spent the last three years as an established executive search consultant working predominately with Fortune 500 consumer brand organizations, as well as experience working in technology, the non-profit space, and startups. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, she has a proven track record of building teams from the ground up, attracting top talent for client organizations at all levels, and assisting in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Outside of work, Hannah spends most of her time doing hot yoga, on the beach, or trying to find the best restaurant in town.

Mariangel is an Architect, she has worked before in the Sales industry where she became a CRM specialist. She joined CTE in 2022 to support the operations team and help with the implementation of the new CRM tool. She's in charge of updating databases, developing customized reports, and recently she's been designing all the marketing materials for the company.

Mari is very creative and loves painting with watercolors, traveling is something she really enjoys and spends quality time with her family and friends.

Brittany’s career has always been centered around people. From learning & development, HR administration, marketing, hospitality, recruiting, and sales, her background is diverse but the desire for helping people remains a consistent thread. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies across different industries and smaller start-ups, but regardless of where she is, her passion and purpose are the same: make an impact and find ways to do things differently. At CTE, she is responsible for building the processes and structure for our sales team and leading all our marketing efforts.

Brittany loves to connect with people, find ways to laugh, a good dad joke, drink too much coffee, and think creatively. She recently moved from Southern California to Charlotte with her daughter. On weekends, Brittany can be found spending time with family, cooking, working out, or reading.

Elliott Davis believes that work should be meaningful and workplaces should feel like a community where colleagues support and challenge each other. Elliott is an alum of UNC Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School (BSBA) and Harvard Business School (MBA). His career began in Atlanta as a global strategy consultant and speaker at IBM and continued in Korea as a DE&I and HR talent development leader at Samsung Electronics. He has now struck an attractive balance between his consulting roots and HR interests as CTE’s Head of Advisory Services practice. Those that know him best would describe Elliott as a “cool dad”, empathetic listener, compassionate coach, relentless problem solver, and perpetual traveler.

Erin comes to Creative Talent Endeavors with 10 years of experience in recruiting for both in-house and agency environments for Fortune 500, hyper-growth startups, and award-winning advertising agencies -- coupled with a background in marketing and advertising for the retail industry. Always curious - she enjoys learning as much as possible about each client's business as well as her candidates’ goals. Since starting at CTE, she has led multiple successful searches, including early placements for multiple People and Talent Acquisition senior leadership positions. With her background in the marketing and creative spaces, Erin manages many of the firm’s engagements in those functions.

Erin graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO, with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She enjoys spending time in the outdoors and exploring her new home: Park City.

Ally's career has been driven by a fascination with how organizations function and believes that people do their best work when enabled to grow and develop. Ally brings a mix of experience from nonprofits, tech, and talent consulting, with specific knowledge in talent operations, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, and leadership development. She has a successful track record as a trusted advisor and partner to a broad range of clients. Ally holds her MS in Organization Development from University of San Francisco. A Californian through and through, Ally is based in San Francisco, where she spends her time enjoying the city’s many parks, cooking, reading, and playing basketball.

Matt joined CTE as the firm’s 5th hire, bringing previous experience as an HR Business Partner in corporate, operations, and distributed workforce settings. He maintains responsibility for the internal functions of the firm, including HR, finance, legal, IT, vendor management, and project management. He is a two-time graduate of Purdue University, holding a BS in Health Policy and Management and a MS in Human Resource Management.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys reading, cooking, and backpacking with his wife and dog. He is an avid Boston Celtics fan and rarely misses an opportunity to try a new pizza restaurant.

Martha is a highly experienced administrator with over 15 years supporting C-suite executives. Her broad career has included exposure to several industries, including non-profit healthcare, government work, and professional services. Martha is a self-starter and a natural problem solver, with an easy-going nature and a passion for driving great culture in the workplace. Martha lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for nearly a decade prior to moving to Southern California. Martha’s hobbies include spending time with her children, husband, and extended family, and she's deeply passionate about her plants. She would say gardening is her escape, however she doesn’t really have a green thumb, so she leaves that part to her husband!

Chloe is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina, where she studied Biology. During her time at UNC, Chloe worked as a research assistant in the laboratory setting, contributing to published research on human brain chemistry. She also has experience in the legal setting. At CTE, Chloe specializes in research supporting enterprise clients fill critical roles.

In her spare time, Chloe is an avid home chef, a connoisseur of prestige television, and frequent water sports enthusiast. She enjoys spending time with her husband and cat.

Alejandro joined CTE in 2020, becoming the second employee of Creative Talent Endeavors and the first one being outside the US. During the past two years he has spent time supporting the internal team by establishing contact with candidates and clients, integrating data, and specializing in the management of tools and softwares, he's also known as the "Tech Wizard". Outside work, Alejandro enjoys taking time to work out, doing activities outdoors, and he never misses an opportunity to try new things, especially with food. Alejandro holds a Bachelor in International Affairs from the Central University of Venezuela.

Javier joined CTE in 2020, supporting sourcing and business development efforts. He specializes in candidate contact, messaging, and data integrity management. Javier has a degree in Modern Languages, specializing in English. Before coming to work for CTE, Javier worked in client relations. In his free time, Javier is an avid Chelsea FC fan, regularly attends live music events, and never passes up an opportunity for a good meal, whether made in his kitchen or a local restaurant. When not travelling the highest mountain ranges in Venezuela, he lives in Caracas with his wife, and their two cats Maxine & Pati.
